Creating Your First Workspace:

Once you have created an account with retention track, you will be prompted to create your first workspace (additional workspaces can be created later.) Name the workspace, select your region, and click “Create Workspace” to continue.

You will then need to create an associated company for the workspace. Search for your company using its name or business number.

Business numbers: Companies House (UK), ABN (Aus), NZBN (NZ).

Manually Specifying a Company Name

If you are in the UK or New Zealand, you can manually input the company name without needing offical registration of the company. (Manual company name input is not available for Australia.)

Click "Manual" in the top bar.

Then type the company name

Once you have selected and named the company through either method, click “Create Company” to finish setting up the workspace.
