The members menu can be accessed via the left sidebar where a “Members” option is listed.
This will display a list of all users of the current workspace, including their role, associated company(s), and join date.
Adding a Member:
Add additional members to the workspace via the “Invite Member” button in the top-right corner, highlighted above.
Enter the members email address and assign a role of member or owner. Owners can add and remove other members and have access to all companies, while members must be given access to specific companies manually.
If the new invitee is a member, you will need to select the companies they will have access to by clicking the circular buttons to the left of each company name. If you have selected owner, this section will be left blank.
Click “Send Invitation” to send the invite, an email will be sent to the given email address.
Once you have sent an invite, a new widget called “Pending Invitations” will appear in the members menu. This will show all pending invites.
